Instead of sending you to another office, we bring oral surgery specialists to ours, so your records, your team and your comfort stay right here.

Oral and maxillofacial surgeons complete four to six years of advanced training after dental school, one of the specialties recognized by the American Dental Association.
Removal of impacted or problem wisdom teeth before they cause pain or crowding.
Rebuilding bone so implants have a strong foundation.
A small procedure to treat infection at the tip of a tooth root.
We'll explain every step, keep you numb and comfortable, and offer inhalation sedation to help you relax.
Oral surgery sounds intimidating, but most procedures are routine, quick, and far more comfortable than patients expect. Because we bring oral surgery specialists into our own office, you can have your surgery with the team you already know. Here's what oral surgery covers, what to expect, and how to prepare.
It's the branch of dentistry that handles surgical treatment of the mouth, jaws, and face. Common procedures include wisdom tooth removal, surgical extractions of broken or impacted teeth, dental implant placement, bone grafting to rebuild the jaw, and treatment of infections and cysts. Some patients also need surgical help with jaw alignment or facial injuries. The goal in every case is the same: solve the problem safely, protect the surrounding teeth and bone, and set you up for a healthy, comfortable result.
Convenience and continuity. Rather than being referred across town to a stranger, your surgery happens at our Jupiter office, with your records, x-rays, and 3D scans already in hand. Your dentist and the surgeon coordinate directly, so nothing gets lost in translation, and your follow-up care stays under one roof.
It starts with a consultation, where we review your health history, take any imaging needed, and explain the procedure in plain language. On the day of surgery, the area is numbed thoroughly, and sedation options are available to keep you relaxed. Most procedures take under an hour. You'll be monitored throughout, and we'll make sure you're comfortable before you leave.
Plan to take it easy for the rest of the day and, for more involved procedures, a day or two after. Swelling and soreness peak around the second day and then improve. Cold compresses, prescribed or over-the-counter pain relief, soft foods, and avoiding straws and smoking all help. We'll give you detailed written instructions and a direct number to call with any questions.
It depends entirely on the procedure. Some, like extractions, are commonly covered by dental insurance; others may be partly covered by medical insurance. We'll verify your benefits and give you a personalized quote before scheduling surgery. If cost is a concern, our financing options and in-house dental plan are available.
If you have wisdom teeth causing pain or crowding, a tooth that can't be saved, or you've been told you need a graft or implant, a consultation is the next step. Early evaluation often means a simpler procedure and an easier recovery. We'll answer every question, explain your options honestly, and make sure you feel ready before anything is scheduled.
